NO SHOW POLICY: I reserve the right to charge a no show fee to the credit card on file totaling 100% of the service to those who do not show up to an appointment. After 2 no shows you will not be able to book an appointment unless it’s paid in full at the time of the booking. NO REFUNDS CANCELLATION POLICY: I understand that unforeseen events happen and you may need to cancel your appointment. Cancellations made within 12 hours of your appointment time slot are subject to a 50% cancellation fee if I am not able to fill the time slot. NO REFUNDS LATE POLICY: If you are running late to an appointment I ask that you call or text to let me know. If you are more than 15 minutes late your appointment I will try to accommodate you but reserve the right to apply the no show policy. NO REFUNDS
